MMA at Zilla Training
Our MMA programme is led by Dayman Lake, a professional MMA fighter and BJJ Black Belt with international competitive experience. Dayman's classes are systematic and progression-focused, building the skills that make an effective MMA fighter regardless of starting background.
Classes cover striking fundamentals and combinations, takedown defence and offence, clinch work, transitions to the ground, ground-and-pound, and submission defence. Every session is structured to develop the integration of all combat systems: because in MMA, the ability to seamlessly transition between striking and grappling is what wins fights.
Who Is It For?
Absolutely everyone. Our MMA beginners class is specifically designed for people with no experience: you will not be thrown in at the deep end. As you progress, you'll move into more advanced sessions including live sparring and fight preparation. At every level, the coaching is rigorous, considered, and genuinely invested in your development.
